Peak Performance
Peak Performance training is performed by observing the EEG 100% of the time. Utilizing the latest computer EEG equipment (2009), we see in real time the EEG from 0 to 40 hertz (cycles per second). It is well established what the brain wave pattern is for a person to be "In the Zone". Increasing the amount of time the left and right brain hemispheres are in harmony not only enhances performance in athletics, business, socially and one's personal life, but also improves the body's capacity to recover from stress.
The Zone is a complex interplay of brain wave activity which you can learn to enhance with peak performance training to improve concentration, accuracy, speed and more. For example, fast brain activity in the brain's left hemisphere indicates verbal control of a task.
At the time of execution (putt, hit, serve, shot, dunk, etc.), this internal instruction must be "turned off" in order for the athlete to "feel" the pattern of motion associated with superior execution.
At the moment of execution, balance between the two hemispheres must be created if you want to be in the zone.
